Once approved, you’ll receive a welcome email with your company’s unique registration link and employee onboarding materials.

VAP prioritizes employers in Greater Vancouver, but out-of-area or hybrid teams may still qualify—applications are reviewed individually.
No — insurance isn’t required.
The Vision Advantage Program is a standalone wellness partnership that works completely independently of any group insurance plan.
Every employee automatically qualifies for their annual vision perks — no claims, no reimbursements, and no paperwork needed.
The $350 vision credit covers a wide range of eyewear and lenses, and if employees want something beyond their credit amount, the balance they pay out-of-pocket can still be claimed through their insurance provider. This way, their coverage goes further and they get more value overall. It’s a perfect complement to existing benefits.
Absolutely. Employees may put up to $125 of their credit toward non-prescription sunglasses, giving them even more choice and another reason to love this benefit.
Yes — you can join anytime. Once your company is approved, your employees can start using their VAP benefits right away.
All benefits reset every January 1st, so if you join mid-year, your team still enjoys the full value of their perks until the next renewal cycle.
Absolutely. You can decide if the program is available to all staff or only certain employees (for example, full-time staff or specific departments).
We can set this up by:

You’ll get a custom registration link for your business. Employees can register themselves online in under a minute, and their $350 annual credit is added to our system. If the benefit is only for certain staff, we’ll verify each application against the eligibility list you provide after approval.
It's simple! We verify employment at the time of claiming their credits by asking employees to show a recent pay stub (with sensitive details hidden). This keeps the benefit exclusive to your current team members—whether they visit us in January or November.
